No, it doesn’t stop with the white side of the wings down. The Lucky HDi Spinning Wing Mallard Drake Decoy does not have that feature; only the XHDI Spinning Wing Decoy stops spinning with the white side down. The SKU for that model is: EX-21-10223-7.
